China fast-tracks J-35 Stealth Fighter deliveries to Pakistan by Mid-2026

China has officially accelerated the induction of its advanced 5th-generation J-35 stealth fighters. Initially scheduled for arrival in late 2026, the delivery has now been fast-tracked to the middle of the year, making Pakistan the first international customer to operate this high-tech platform, sources say.

This strategic move puts Pakistan significantly ahead of India in the regional aerial race, providing a massive qualitative edge over their current 4th-generation fleet. Equipped with cutting-edge 5th-gen stealth technology and internal weapons bays, the J-35A is designed to be nearly invisible to radar, allowing the PAF to dominate the skies with superior combat capabilities. Combined with KJ-500 early warning systems and HQ-19 missile defense, this fleet transforms Pakistan’s air defense into a truly modern, network-centric powerhouse.
